Shipping policy
All FunFloats are manufactured in Johannesburg, South Africa and we ship countrywide from our warehouse in Johannesburg.
- Orders are dispatched directly from Johannesburg to your chosen delivery address.
- Standard shipping rates apply based on your delivery area.
- Prefer to collect? No problem! Collections can be arranged by appointment from our premises.
We keep our warehouse stacked and ready, but our floats are super popular and sometimes they fly off the shelves faster than we can say SPLASH! 🌊 If that happens, don’t worry — we’ll whip up your order and keep you in the loop right after you check out.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your FunFloat! That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy. You’ll have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
⚠️ Important: Some products are made on special order and cannot be returned or exchanged if the wrong size or colour was ordered. Please double-check measurements before placing your order, or reach out to us for guidance — we’re here to help.

Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions. Please note: courier costs for returns may be at the client’s expense.
Initial shipping fees from your order are non-refundable.
🛠️ Damages & Issues
We carefully check every float before it leaves our factory, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure about your item, get in touch with us before ordering — we’ll gladly advise.
🔁 Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
